the guy at the Verizon store made it sound like if I didn’t act right away my battery would keep expanding & potentially explode like the Samsung galaxy did some years ago. So of course I filed a claim. I work retail, it’s 5 days before Christmas when was I getting to Apple store

I love Verizon but I think it’s pretty messed up I have to pay $249 for my battery expanding…that is completely out of my control and sounds like an Apple defect, charge them $249
