In the south, in Gaza, an elderly man returns to his home, from which he was displaced due to the war waged by the occupation, while in Tulkarm, in the northern West Bank, another elderly man is forced to leave his home as a result of the occupation forces' invasion of the Tulkarm refugee camp.
This recurring reality highlights the ongoing suffering of the Palestinian people under the weight of occupation. In Gaza, an elderly man returns to a home he was forced to abandon because of repeated wars, while in Tulkarm in the West Bank, another elderly man is displaced due to the occupation forces' raid on the Tulkarm camp. These events underscore the continued policies of displacement and oppression practiced by the occupation authorities against Palestinians, emphasizing the urgent need for justice and an end to the occupation.
These events remind us of the importance of international support for the Palestinian cause and the need to pressure for an end to the violations faced by the Palestinian people.
They also highlight the necessity of serious efforts to achieve a just and lasting solution that guarantees the rights of Palestinians to return and live in dignity on their land.
