Thinking of getting @FidiumFiber ? Read this first. My internet went down today, so I called Fidium. Once I finally got connected to a rep they did standard troubleshooting, nuthin. Rep said they would initiate tech visit request, I asked for when? Answer "I have no idea"

Full disloclosure, I had a previous account with Xfinity and left because they were expensive and I didn't like 2 year contracts. So I already had a cable installed and just needed the modem. I activated with their mobile app. Took me 3min. Easiest setup ever.
