@AAATexas part 2 only wants monthly payments with no regard to the service and customer service you provide.  I will be posting my dissatisfaction on all social media outlets to warm others of the bad service and customer care.

I filed a complaint with regards to my experience on 4-3-21

I am not satisfied with the service and  lack of transparency with regards to my complaint.  I have not received any response or resolution to the issue. The lack of communication shows me that this company

@AAATexas part 6 My son attends college in Wichita Kansas drives from Dallas every couple of months. If we didn't receive the proper service here in a heavily populated area, what service am I to expect if something happens on the drive through unincorporated parts of the road?

@AAATexas part 5,I find it very difficult to believe that in the greater DFW area waiting over six hours, AAA could not find another tow company. I purchased AAA premium service for the assurance that my family would be cared for in an emergency.

@AAATexas part 4 Finally at 11:15AM. A wrecker arrived and towed the vehicle. This is not the service I expect, nor the service I that I have been paying for over two years.

@AAATexas part 3 Then was finally told someone would arrive between 3:00 AM- 3:30AM. He was there until 4:00AM which no one showing up. He was forced to leave the vehicle u attended . He called at 8:30AM was was informed there was no request made.

@AAATexas , part 2 Over the course of 6 hours, he called several times was was given excuse after excuse. He was told that the wrecker broke down, that another tow service refused the call. Was also told they forgot about him.

@AAATexas , My son requested tow service at 9:00 PM. The app said someone would arrive in 35 minutes. After 45 minutes he calls AAA and was put on hod for over an hour. Once he was able to speak with someone, he was informed that the wrecker is on the way.
