@AirbnbHelp I paid $5,000 for a home that was disgusting—animal feces, filth, someone’s old food in the cabinets. We feared retaliation so waited to report. Airbnb has closed 12+ support cases. Resolution Center has been “reviewing” since Apr 3. This is outrageous. DO SOMETHING
