@JoeBangles11 I used to swear by a good 150ml of beet juice. It oxygenates the blood and gives you that extra boost. I hope you’ve had your gait checked. The right trainers make all the difference too. I’m not allowed to run now.. a full hip replacement has made sure of that. Docs orders. 🍀
