@Snorlax_Gamer @fyoraofficial Is section 4 there’s language about what could possibly happened with a failed project. If Geekify doesn’t satisfy the conditions of reconciliation, they may be subject to legal action.

Further, if backers are bound to the terms, these are the terms that Geekify also violated.

@Snorlax_Gamer @fyoraofficial I didn’t say anything about forcing refunds. There’s a process to determine what has been breached to what extent and what responsibilities they have.

Neopets and Geekify have both made statements about the breach of contract. Which would be publication of unapproved materials.
