Pinned tweet hello: Let’s be friends! My name is Sarah and I’m passionate about literature, nature, history, my cats, vegan cooking, Nintendo games and wine. Fill my inbox with Garfield memes. I’m an American living in Germany with my husband and might just be a vampire. 🦇 ♥️
@sailordejan I often wonder and think how many people experience similar feelings perhaps like this but are afraid to express them aloud because it doesn’t fit the commonly accepted narrative. I’m sorry you feel lost. But from what you’ve told me, I do understand!!
Every time root beer comes up in Star Trek I’m pointing hollering pogging at the screen because I’ve yet to meet a German who likes it. I am the American pushing it onto ds9, accept it!!
@janicesghost I had one for my old cat fennel and when he passed, the responses from all his other “cat friends” was such a soothing balm, it made me so happy. 💜 @fennelbreadboy forever!
@Plaguebois1 I knowwww and her husband died last year. Her family said “she died of sadness”. It hurts too much, man. :((( May she always be read and remembered.
@SombraxRarity New top five books of me for real and you know that’s saying a lot. Already bonded with my new coworker about it because it’s her fave too, hell yeah hell yeah.
Read. I am left dumbstruck. Labyrinthine, evocative, perhaps the best last chapter of a book, since, ever? The mirrored nostalgia is gripping. Every sentence is heavy, every page is so weighty and forceful. Unreal, man, unreal. I gotta digest. I feel I’ve been turned to moth ash.
Utterly devastated by the death of Marjane Satrapi, scampered into the other room to hug my husband after I read the news, what a life she lived, what an artist. My heart is aching! 😔
