The black male being killed on the West Side of Chicago which was witnessed on #Facebook live is another example of the hatred black people, especially black men have for one another.

Someone saw something, but as always in the black community will not say anything because "it aint got nothing to do with me..." or the fear of being targeted themselves if they testify.

We have a Mayor who only talks about fighting back against "White Supremacy" blames #POTUS and #Nixon for everything that is happening in #Chicago, but refuses to acknowledge the constant killings and crimes that the city continues to deal with, especially in the Black Community.

We had a "Black President" who did nothing but give great speeches and even though he's out of the White House, never condemns the violence within the black community, but will pop in from his million dollar estate to see how his travesty of a Museum is doing.

We have Black Leaders all over #CookCounty and in the #Illinois legislature who oddly always remain silent while the black community continues to suffer....not at the hands of the "evil white man" but at the hands of another black man, but will speak up loudly if a person other than black kills or injures a black person especially if its Law Enforcement related.

The local media will broadcast non stop anything negative an Officer from the @Chicago_Police Department is alleged to have done or said but will not broadcast or if they do broadcast a shooting or killing in the black community, it's quickly edited and forgotten about as soon as it's aired.

The black community doesn't protest or speak up about the urban violence and urban terrorists who are committing the violence. We just turn our heads yet again and then have the audacity to wonder why no other race respects or takes us seriously.

Being a victim of gun violence in this City myself, we can only blame each other black people. But hey, as long as we got our subsidized housing, Chargers, Challengers and Cadillacs it's just another day in Chicago for black folks.
