They replaced items without asking me. Now I have stuff I won't use. And I don't have what I need.

I ordered from @LazadaPH on 12.12. My order was expected to be delivered by 12.17. And then it was moved to 12.20. On 12.23, still no delivery. I did an express follow up thru the app, and suddenly it was out for delivery around 7pm.

So this DECEPTION by the @jntexpressph courier is UNACCEPTABLE. And my @LazadaPH order getting cancelled by something that is the courier's fault when they clearly have the package is also UNACCEPTABLE.

I've had maaaanyyy @LazadaPH orders anf maaaanyyy @jntexpressph deliveries to this address. The photos of the supposed failed delivery show other packages in the background, and no indication of the courier actually being at the delivery address.
