Just because you dont quite understand doesn't mean you're correct in what ideas you have about us.

My mental and physical health has improved incredibly, and my own father who I've had a pretty rocky-

It's so disheartening to see stories of detransiton and everyone painting us to be monsters who convince kids to get surgeries. I garuntee the majority of us would rather kids wait till 18+ to start medically transitioning.

The reason so many people detransiton is not because being transgender is a "phase" or something we try to "recruit" you to, it's because healthcare revolves around taking your money, transitioning = big bucks for pharma.
Kids shouldn't medically transition or get surgery.
