After months of negotiations with their graduate workers, over 1,500 workers went on strike over the University of Rochester's refusal to schedule a union election.
I proudly stand with them and urge the university to stop the delays and schedule this election NOW.
We stand in solidarity with the graduate workers on strike at the University of Rochester📢
They teach & research, and now they're striking for a fair process to form a union 🪧
We urge management to return to the table & honor grad workers' right to organize #UofRStrike✊
