@asksheilas Actually 45 minutes and counting?? I don’t mind waiting in a queue to speak with an advisor but then waiting another 20/25 to cancel policy only to be told that there was a glich in the system and we need to go through cancelling the policy again!!

@asksheilas Hi there currently on the phone to one of your advisors trying to cancel my policy. It’s now over 20 minutes speaking to the advisor who has now just asked me to repeat the whole process?? How hard can it be to cancel a policy
