@ramit @ramit If more supply lowers home prices, why aren’t they dropping? Pre-pandemic (2019) inventory was ~1.2M, now ~1.4M (FRED, 2025). Avg price was $315K, now ~$410K (Case-Shiller, 2025). Is NIMBYism or demand still driving this? Thoughts?
