So to make matters worse, Air Canada gets everyone on the plane. Sits on the tarmac for 1.5 hours. Then tells us the flight is cancelled because the crew will be on overtime. It’s midnight. Next level brutal @AirCanada now what happens? Who pays for your mistakes?

@AirCanada we paid $ for priority seats but checking in you put us in the back of the plane without asking. Can’t get through by phone. Seats we paid for are available for purchase - the same seats we already paid for! So we pay twice for our seats?! Uncool.
