@311DCgov @DCDPW Also, if it’s unacceptable all of a sudden, why wouldn’t they say that in the message when they close the ticket?! It just says closed complete! “Completed” means you picked it up. Not, “I won’t pick it up.” Abhorrent service. So what do I do with it?
