@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I am writting in twitter for the 3rd time as my issue of auto order cancellation is still not solved despite speaking with more than 10 customer care people and Writting many email to OFM team since May 2025.

Suggest me how do I get solution?

@AmazonHelp I spoke again and Your so called Account Specialist team have no solution via call. As uniformly trained they suggest me to contact OFM via e-mail and I wonder whether such OFM team exist as they have not responded for my emails since last 4+ months.

@AmazonHelp Thanks for the reply. I have replied to the mail received related to recent order cancellation.

In fact I am facing this issue since May 2025 (more than 10 orders auto cancelled (100%)) and till date there is no resolution from Amazon and let me hope this time to get resolved.

Also in most places the contractors are the relation or subsidiaries of Government officials as well !!!

I've been experiencing an ongoing issue with my Amazon account for past 2 months. Everytime I places order, it get cancelled automatically.
I've already raised this concern multiple times via calls & via email to OFM team and still unresolved.

@ajassy : I am escalating the issue of automation order cancellation since May 25 to @AmazonHelp @amazon @amazonIN & OFM via email . The issue is still unresolved. My Prim Membership is in vain.

Can you intervene to resolve this ?
