@Safc1879_@Deggsytweets Fair enough, up to you.
Just for you to note Liam, it is possible for folk to have different views without abuse. You could maybe try it?
@Safc1879_@Deggsytweets Who said anything about best selling? The main news outlets to most folk would be BBC, ITV and Sky.
News print overall is more right wing but their numbers of readers, even the best selling Daily Mail are tiny compared the news outlets.
@afneil It’s not perfect, the ideal scenario would be having facilities at every location but that’s not realistic. I think a lot of viewers who haven’t been to the US will enjoy the live element of reporting from NYC with its iconic backdrop.
The decision by the @BBC to not send their presenters and pundits to the @FIFAWorldCup is a terrible one. There is no atmosphere compared to @itvfootball and their team in Brooklyn. Apparently it is the personal decision of @AlexKayJelski, an absolute shocker of a decision.
Andrew Neil writes that the rise of Andyism is merely postponing Labour's collapse by months:
'...a prime minister ready to lead would ' find the money John Healey wanted – and raid Miliband’s budget as part of that process, making clear resistance would mean the sack.'
'The core defence budget is barely over 2 per cent of GDP...It’s fanciful to think Burnham would do anything about this. The Treasury would run circles around him and the current pathetic trajectory of defence spending would remain the same. He will have many problems to grapple with and in most he will be out of his depth – nowhere more so that in defence.
I venture to suggest, before next spring has sprung he’ll probably be as unpopular then as Starmer is now. He’s not Labour’s new messiah. He’s just a likeable [!] lad from the North with an inflated conceit of his abilities — and so much learning on the job to do it will likely sink him.'

@DurhamCricket No it really doesn’t, 50 off 137 balls is poor, really poor.
Watching Clark at the T20 on Tuesday makes the point, he can slog and it occasionally comes off, but his technique is shocking. When Durham go up at the end of the season, he must be released. Not good enough.
@LukeEdwardsTele Except you are missing the main point. They knew the rules and should have planned earlier that season and not left it until the last minute. If you leave it late you are going to pay the penalty.
John Healey, the former Defence Secretary, has acted honourably by resigning.
Keir Starmer is too weak to cut welfare and fund defence - as I told him yesterday at PMQs.
Only the Conservatives have a plan to put our national security first.
@DurhamCricket@VitalityBlast It’s pretty disgraceful that there have been no updates on the prospects of play going ahead considering the women’s game was abandoned.
Keir Starmer’s speech essentially encapsulates much of Labour’s MPs frustration with him. “Ultimatums” rather than action. Talk big, act small. Perhaps you then eventually do act big but not without losing an awful lot of goodwill in the process.
@DurhamCricket The performances in the last 2 games have been scandalously bad, more platitudes no doubt from @cambo_19 The fact we have only 1 overseas player shows the club simply doesn’t care about T20 and they take the supporters for absolute mugs.
Watched @bbcquestiontime for the first time in ages. The country is in for trouble if that is the best set of candidates for a by-election. Kenyon for Reform is clueless and Andy Burnham is utterly vacuous. Anyone who thinks he will be an upgrade on Sir Keir is in for a shock.
