One of my professors stopped putting pdfs of articles in the class Canvas. She explained that “because we’re reading scholarship of marginalized thinkers, it helps them to have their work searched and downloaded.” 🤯
In 230 years a draft SCOTUS opinion for an active case has never been publicly released - let alone one that’s seemingly going to overturn Roe. There is going to be some major damage control in the next few days.
