@markmanson This is the way. I find that connecting with consciousness/awareness itselfโour true natureโis the broadest possible place of rest. Wishing you all this same peace.
@0xAlaric Modern people routinely hike 30+ mile days on long-distance trails (even 50+). If anything, hiking culture proves that strength is inherent and never left. I did this myself, often in poor conditions, with many other hikers. Do you have any experience or are you just thinking?
