A 10-year-old boy waiting for his mom in the car has to use the bathroom.

Not able to hold it any longer discreetly urinates behind the car.

One officer witnessed this. Called for backup. Four more officers come to the scene.

Now mom is there and wants to just take her kid home.

Nope. They put him in the police car and take him to jail.

The prosecutor wanted a citation “child in need of family services.” The family argued this and wanted a trial. The prosecution then threatened to upgrade charges to disorderly conduct.

Eventually, a youth judge offered a sentence of a writing a book report, three months of probation, and drug testing. Did I mention the curfew?

The family continues to fight the charges.

This would have never happened to a white child.

You don’t know how many times I’ve had to pull over tonthe side of the road when my children were young.

Mississippi is trying to continue the school-to-prison pipeline for Black children.

Captain Luis Avila, who was a veteran, had a chance to sing in front of hundreds of people including President Trump in 2019.

However, per a new story by the Atlantic, according to the Mark Milley, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Trump approached him after the performance and asked:

“Why do you bring people like that here? No one wants to see that, the wounded.”

Trump then allegedly told Milley to never let Avila appear in public again.

Is this not a terrible thing for a President to say about a wounded veteran?

BREAKING: Corrupt Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is slammed with another jaw-dropping scandal as it's revealed that he attended at least two donor events for the right-wing Koch network.

This alone should be grounds for impeachment and removal...

According to a bombshell new report from ProPublica, Thomas attended a private dinner in 2018 for donors at the conservative group's yearly summit. He was brought in because the Koch organizers believed that providing access to him would drive up donations, a blatant abuse of his position.

To make matters even worse, the Koch network has brought cases before the Supreme Court, meaning that the group appears to have been essentially bribing Thomas for his support.

Th justice, who clearly believes himself to above the law and the rest of the country, attended at least one private dinner for "top-tier donors" who were clearly buying access.

True to his usual lawless and criminal behavior, Thomas did not disclose the trip on his financial disclosure form, a violation of federal law.

It's still unclear who paid for his luxurious private jet flight. The Koch network insists that it was not them.

Enough is enough. At this point the only way Clarence Thomas could make his corruption any more blatant would be by accepting a big sack of money with a dollar sign painted on it.

This man is an utter disgrace and he is stripping away our rights one by one for personal gain.

Impeach.

BREAKING: CNN is exposed in a humiliating leak as it's revealed that backstage before his interview, Donald Trump told the network's CEO Chris Licht that he was going to boost their ratings — Licht nodded and told Trump to just "have fun" with the interview.

Trump then proceeded to engage in his trademark brand of "fun," namely spreading lies about the 2020 election being stolen and smearing his sexual abuse victim E. Jean Carroll. His hateful supporters ate it up and he loved getting the free media coverage.

OUTRAGE: Just a week after Tennessee suffered a devastating mass shooting at a school, Republicans are adding insult to injury by seeking to expel 3 Democratic Representatives who protested for gun reform alongside students.

Instead of focusing their efforts on ending gun violence, they've targeted Reps. Justin Jones, Justin Pearson, and Gloria Johnson for expulsion.

Tennessee House Speaker Cameron Sexton (R) has the audacity to call their nonviolent, chanting protest "an insurrection" that is "at least the equivalent, maybe worse" than January 6th.

There were no arrests, no violence, no injuries, and no property damage. The protesters were never on the House floor, and they didn't attempt to gain access to it.

The Tennessee House has only expelled members for bribery and sexual misconduct, and it was always on a bipartisan basis, unlike this one.
