@phys_guru @Dsleuth_ That "cured the gap" according to the judge. On Appeal, the only angle I have now (I believe) is that the servicer has to prove valid assignment since they have proven they hold the Note in blank as "bearer paper". They can't prove valid assignment.

@phys_guru @Dsleuth_ Now THAT'S good. My appeal is due Dec 11. I have Note and Mortgage separated but Note with an Allonge endorsed to Blank. The Allonge was attached late and was not included on Nationstar docs but now IS included on new mortgage servicer docs after I disputed this.

I say this: it doesn't matter if they are "held accountable" in a court of law. They are accountable in the eyes of God / the Universe / themselves in the mirror, and there is no prison that compares to that hell. They are in their own worse prison, a prison in their minds. Trust that. You can see it.
