wow, @homeprotect_uk sent an incompetent tradesman to fix our plumbing issues and are now saying it’s ok to leave a family with a #disabled child without any washing or toileting facilities! Currently saying they may / may not help Monday. Isn’t that super helpful?

She sings one of my favorite songs and brings us tears.
