Alright, let me translate what this elderly man from Osun is saying for the non-Yoruba speakers.

He’s telling Governor Adeleke: Enjoy your recent win. Dance, celebrate, take the victory lap. But do not, under any circumstance start boasting to Tinubu that Osun people will vote for him in the presidential election. You’re not the appointed spokesman for the entire state in that regard. The only reason you won is because you actually did the work and served the people. That does not mean Osun voters have suddenly become foolish enough to support a man who has spent his first term making life harder with almost nothing meaningful to show for it.
