@nursekelsey My sister passed unexpectedly recently and my whole department covered each other’s patients and took turns coming to her wake. The amount of support I had from my true work family was astounding 🥹 nurse friends are literal angels!

Funny thing about what your brain does when you experience profound grief. It’s almost like you’re watching your own life from a 3rd person perspective. How can you wrap your head around your own sister dying. How?
