@beazeley @Headteacherchat It’s not had a negative impact but I cannot say it has had a major impact on English specifically as have other major initiatives going that would relate more. We have been on this journey for a few years now - hardest thing has been all staff buying in - culture shift though.

@beazeley @Headteacherchat We are also a Respecting Rights school and so use our own values based language with UNICEFs RRS language relentlessly so it is embedded and used alongside vocabulary of BV and protected characteristics across our school life. Everyone needs to be on board and buy in!
