What are the folks on the ‘Unite the Kingdom’ actually protesting about I wonder? What do they think we are split on and what are they asking us all to unite around? #UniteTheKingdom
Love this. So important to focus on outcomes, but deceptively hard to do so. I think this is where product teams can learn from marketing agencies who instinctively think about the outcomes their work needs to achieve. https://t.co/LcYypAvR5P
David Droga on the impact of AI on jobs in adland. Sounds a little harsh and uncaring but he's pretty much on the money with his prediction about the 'messy middle'.
Starmer has played an absolute blinder these last few days. Best week of his premiership. Hopefully we can salvage something from this horrible geopolitical car crash
@tomfgoodwin There’s a wonderful exhibition of 80’s photography at the Tate Britain, featuring a series of photos taken in offices pre - computers. It’s a strange yet oddly familiar world. If you’re in London between now and May check it out. It’s great.
Nice bit of post purchase CRM from @AceAndTate They’ve turned the drag of me having to wait 10 days for my glasses into an opportunity to reinforce quality cues and avoid cognitant dissonance.
@kelvmackenzie Neither really and more chance… Fairly decent odds given that 46% of London’s population are from other ethnicities. But that’s why we love London right?
@implausibleblog To me this felt like a considered, fairly accurate summary of the problem we face and the solution to it. What strikes me is just how quickly the tables have turned.
@CassHorowitz This is incredible. Love him or hate him, what an instinctive politician he is. @benedictpringle if you’ve not seen this I think you’ll find it interesting.
@keiranpedley The sobering thing about Trump being re-elected is him winning the popular vote. A kick back against progressive policies which people feel have failed to raise their living standards. Combine that with Johnson making a return and look out Labour.
