@virginmedia I've been trying over the phone to get an engineer booked to re-install the interior VM cable due to recent house refurbishment but I can only get texts for automated tech support. Not what I need! How can I speak to a person please?

Terrible service from #DPD today. Driver didn't knock and left a message that we missed it, couldn't call the depot - cut off. live chat rep told me at 1pm that it would be at the DPD pickup point "in a few hours" as a resolution. I turned up at 18:45. No package!! @Geopost_news

@MetaQuestHelp is there an issue with login servers for the UK today? I can't sign in to complete setup of my Quest2, getting blank screens after clicking log in that don't complete the login process.
