@virginmedia Moving Virgin from Sky was the biggest mistake - wasn’t told that you can’t specially record one episode and have a recordings list on a box like you used to. Surely I can have an old box that does do this.

Virgin have told her that she can only add to watchlist which then saves all the shows which is not what she wants.
She was told that she would have the facility to record individual episodes and then would have a recording list, like I have got

@virginmedia My mum has just moved across from Sky ( been there 20 years ) to Virgin. She was told on the phone it would be exact box / services that I get . She has received a box that doesn’t allow her to record an individual show and doesn’t have a list of recorded programmes.

@virginmedia Thank you for reply. Not even had a tracking number yet. Despite ordering on the 3rd December and expecting delivery on the 5th, I got told yesterday from Virgin it won’t be there until at least 20th which is quite a delay. My worry is I get to 20th and then another excuse.

Come on. Service received so far is ridiculous.
My son ordered broadband hub from Virgin on Tuesday and was assured delivery on Thursday. We are now the following Tuesday and still no tracking number. Aidan cannot work without it. Urgent help required.
