If you have a @nectar card be careful, someone 300 miles away can empty £50 of points, easily, and if your 'memorable word' from more than 20 years ago doesn't match - they won't even be able to help secure your account / send you a new card to the address they have!

@virginmedia It was finally updated between 7pm and 8pm to say there was a fault! This was about the time it went off completely, actually preferable to what we had all day long.
Have O2 through you too, I assume you'll waiver data charges.
