@pnbhousingfinan has to be the worst company ever. Zero customer service. No reverts for weeks to emails. Customer service wait on phone for 18 minutes say hello to the agent, and then get a recorded message to give feedback. Abrupt!

I had booked 3 tickets through @makemytrip in February. The flights were cancelled by @jetairways well before bankruptcy hence I had to reissue on another airline. I am still waiting for my refund. All my funds are blocked. Please update me. The wait seems endless!
