@Jamesy_boy As i understand it, the £2.5m is not a cost - it will be a receipt but won’t be shown until the next accounts. But the dispute was heard in Ye 31/7/24 so the costs are in these accounts. He can’t say anything as i think there’s an NDA in place with paying party.
