Dr. @DianaAtwine, together with the (ITSS) Team 1 members are currently conducting a support supervision visit at Hoima Regional Referral Hospital to assess the quality of health service delivery.

Key among the issues identified include the underutilisation of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and E-AFYA systems, absenteeism of specialist doctors from the wards, and gaps in sanitation and hygiene within the facility.

The PS has directed the hospital management to take immediate corrective action to address these concerns without fail.
