@BTBusiness rang up to postpone my installation and was told I would get a call back. No call back and now looking to cancel the service entirely. Was told and guaranteed before expecting the package that it could be postponed if needed. Wasted over 20 minutes just on hold.

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@Hermesparcels parcel has been sent via two day courier and now has been stuck with an update status of : on its way for a week. No available online support to resolve and no customer service team to answer any questions or advise what can be done. Is this common?
