In 2006, the world was in Germany.
The World Cup was on, and I was on radio โ top radio.
But my heart was elsewhere. I wanted to leave.
I walked into that embassy with a dream folded in an envelope, a visa, a one-way ticket, a plan to go and never come back. To seek greener pastures.
They said NO.
That NO broke me.
I had a classmate who had promised me a corner to sleep if I made it. After the refusal, I called her. And called. And called. She never answered again.
That silence was louder than the refusal.
I cried then. I didn't understand then.
But now I know, sometimes, God says NO because He has built you to be the greener pasture others will travel to find.
He was not rejecting me. He was redirecting me.
Just believe. Just trust Him fully.
Let me pray this for someone out there. Itโs not for everyone. โVery soon, those who did not believe in you, and looked down on you, will look up to you.โ And when that time comes, instead of paying them back, you will do them good and show mercyโ
Psalm 135:14 ESV
For the LORD will vindicate his people and have compassion on His servants.
Another night to place every case before God. Give your case to God and allow the righteous Judge to answer. Tonight, the Lord will vindicate His people.
Alpharians, don't miss tonight's encounter. Invite your family and friends, share the link with your loved ones. Tonight will be explosive...
See you soon for fire prayers ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ

Owning a house is not as simple as some people make it seem. Sometimes, people really need to ask their parents how they started life. Some women of this generation, especially in Ghana, have set certain standards for the kind of men they want, even when they havenโt built that kind of life themselves. Most of these women are not ready to build with a man; they want the finished โsokokooโ lifestyle. Some of us grew up in families that made us appreciate life and understand how hard it can be, so itโs difficult to sit on the internet and hear some of these things being said like they actually make sense.
Today, I came across this beautiful scripture. โI will give you back seven times what you lost.โ Joel 2:25. If you believe God will multiply everything you've lost in your life, please respond with an Amen.
