There is a pup in Lincoln that has been in this shelter for TWO YEARS. Please someone find her a home, they say she has given up no longer coming to the door of the kennel to greet people.. she is just so sad. A wonderful person as even OFFERED to pay her adoption fee!!!! SHARE!
