As per records, my balance on 30-04-2026 was ₹401.48. However, I have received a message today showing a negative balance of ₹-649

Additionally, there has been no electricity supply in my village since 29-04-2026, so charging for usage during this period is not justified.
Kindly review my account, correct the billing, and provide an explanation for this discrepancy at the earliest.
