@airindiain First they said I didn't web-check in then they said I should have downloaded the boarding pass.

I obviously missed my flight & I had nowhere to complain cz they were not responding to me no matter what I said or did.

@airindiain I had web checked-in 5 hours before the scheduled departure. They said I haven't. I even showed them my boarding pass picture on my phone. I even called the air India admin. They said I should have downloaded the boarding pass instead.They did not even accept my web-checkin!

@airindiain @kishanreddybjp @RNTata2000 My brother in law was in ICU & I had to travel for the same. This was an inhumane behaviour. I live in Navi Mumbai & travelling to and fro took me 4+ hours. You guys have no empathy. You are just taking advantage of helpless common people.
