This is exactly why I say the DOJ lawsuits, while a good thing for sure, aren't enough.

Kathy should be arrested and charged with one felony count for every citizen in New York state for deprivation of rights under color of law.

It's a real law. It has been since the 1800s and it was written for THIS EXACT scenario. If it was enforced in this example - it would be really hard for this petite tyrant to spout this illegal (the 2nd Amendment is also real it turns out...) policy nonsense from her jail cell.

It's not a right/left thing. Either we have inalienable rights as citizens or we don't. If people like Kathy aren't arrested and criminally charged for violating these rights - then we don't have them.

The 5th Circuit ruled that restrictions on handgun sales across state lines (or to out of state residents, said differently) violates the 2nd Amendment.

Why? Because it literally says "shall not be infringed." It's right there in the Amendment but for some reason this took ~60 years to fix.

Regardless, I'll take the win 🇺🇸
