SCB Ground - Virar Global City should be prioritized instead of Mumbai Metro line 13.

a) Phase 1- SCB Metro(Bhyander) to Virar Global City
b) Phase 2- Global City - Virar HSR station

above route holds promise for RRTS

Commuters from east anyways have local trains option.

Would it not be more viable to get approval to get the line connected to Virar Bullet train station in East, and Mandapeshwar Station(Yellow Line) for better access

A large commuter based is left without good connetivity.

Actually there is an immense potential for RRTS network from Virar-Mandapeshwar Metro station.

Travel through heavily packed local trains is next to impossible.
