@LastPassHelp The password reset for says "unable to reset your password" and your form to contact customer support results in this error "Attempt to de-reference a null object Class.RecordTypeIds: line 14, column 1 Class.CommunityCtrl.createCase: line 273, column 1". Can someone DM me?
@lastpass I need to confirm my account is closed and I won't be billed. You don't publish any support emails so how can I do that? I received a billing email when I thought the teams account was already cancelled. Can you help?
@LastPassHelp The entire company has migrated away from LastPass 1+ years ago. No one has any browser or app access so there are no remembered cookies on my nor anyone else in the companies machine.
There must be a process beyond a CC chargeback.
@LastPassHelp@LastPass That page sends me into a loop. I can't login so I can't create a support case. The can't log page redirects back to create a support case. Your password reset process says it isn't possible to recover the account. No one else in the company uses the account so we can't fix it.
@ShopifySupport someone has created a store with my company email and I keep getting messages about it. I'm not able to log into the admin area obviously and all your support tools require being logged in. Can you fix it? Seems like it shouldn't be possible.
