@ScotRail looking to see about a refund for my Edinburgh to Greenock ticket purchased today. Have made it to paisley before the train was cancelled. Replacement buses on but no idea when or how long it will take. App is not allowing me to refund my ticket as it’s active?

@ScotRail Any help here? How much is the admin fee. I’ve paid £25 for half a trip that was cancelled whilst on the second train (to wemyss bay where I would have had to make additional travel arrangements)

@TPExpressTrains hello. I am travelling from Edinburgh to Leeds. My ticket has been pre booked through work with XCountry service. I am currently on an LNER service to Newcastle having been allowed to use this ticket. Will the same be allowed for the 17:43 NCL-LEEDS?
