@RykerJackson97 I personally know a sheriff's deputy that arrested someone he home taught (it was a while ago). She was active and just ended up in a bad place.
Our primary chorister is amazing. She....checks notes....teaches doctrine through approved songs and scriptures, she even bears her testimony at the end. Nothing flowery, best singing time ever.
@NoblestCalling@Latterdaytruth Oh wow, that is troubling, it indicates what a problem this kind of stuff will be in the future. This calling should be magnified by keeping it simple.
@kariwarburton James E Faust. We ran into each other in a hallway in the SLC Temple. He was in a hurry and opened a sealing room door, I was in the hallway. Almost got knocked out by the door, and I'm pretty sure he didn't realize it. Great man.
@teastsmith@tvheidihatch@Ch_JesusChrist@BYUfootball If your comprehension is this low, please tell me how you get up in the morning and tie your shoes? You and people like you are exactly why there is a problem. Do better, be better.
@BookofMomma6 My wife and I panicked one morning when we got the call. My son was acting distraught. Turns out he and his comp turned the corner to see a stabbing. They tried to keep the guy alive and not get stabbed themselves. The guy died and the comp never got over it.
@kelandren3 Excellent outlook on a bad situation! My wife and mother are both on this graphic, one at each end. My wife was 39 when she was diagnosed, it went from 0-60 really fast. Early detection is absolutely best. #cancersucks
Susan and I have spent the day with members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and other community members who were involved in the tragic shooting episode that took place in Michigan on Sunday.
The devotion of these faithful members makes me want to be more devoted, and the faithfulness of these good people makes me want to be more faithful.
They have the capacity—because of the eternal perspective of the gospel of Jesus Christ—to learn lessons in tragedy in mortality that prepare them for eternal life.
We are familiar with the admonition that we should mourn with those that mourn. There are broken hearts here in Michigan. My invitation to any and all is to continue to pray for these good people.
@HeatherRose1963@Stoker016@charliekirk11 Absolutely wild take. What exactly is your point? Do you know how bad this makes you look? It seems obvious you side with the shooter in Michigan. Great. Do better.
