Happening now. Marlin, Texas. The're much more to the story of the Falls County Sheriff's Office investigating the deadly discovery at the Marlin animal shelter. Marlin Police Chief James Hommel reportedly hires the animal control officer and at this point, he refuses to confirm who that person is although several independent sources have told me who she is and who she is related to and the possible reason why the Sheriff is reportedly trying to cover it up by asking Jeff Rich to take down his video off social media. It's the video which showed emaciated dogs, deplorable conditions, and even a dead dog. Jeff said no. Meantime, as for Falls County District Attorney Jody Gillam. She's refused to return our calls either. Interesting how that's happening. This is rural Texas and it's a place where essentially everyone knows everyone else and knows everybody's business. More to come today when I break down all the information I have received but in the meantime, here you are.
