Just had an encounter with a normie who said to me that NFTs are never coming back.

Maybe he’s right, maybe NFTs as we knew them in 2021 are gone forever.

But every cycle leaves behind a graveyard of people who confuse a failed narrative with a failed technology.

The thing most people miss is that markets don’t usually come back in the same form.

They evolve.

The first NFT wave was speculation, The next one might be identity or collectables.

It might be something nobody is paying attention to today. People are assuming the next cycle has to look exactly like the last one.

It never does.

@Chatain_French @rektmando Both have tradeoffs to achieve different goals. If you hodl BTC it's trivial to use XMR without having to hold it for any length of time, capture all the advantages but there is still a decent case to be made for a dual coin future.
