Joined the Army at 18, 3 year enlistment spent mostly in Germany. Army paid for my college degree and have bought 4 homes with a VA, zero down home loan.

You don’t have to be rich, you can just spend a few years in the military. Alternatively, you can shit post all day about how unfair life in America is.

I live in Florida. Gen X here, still a decade or more from retirement.

My property tax has DOUBLED in the last 5 years. It’s exploded and out of control. Boomers are clearly a part of it, but I don’t even think they’re worthy of being called the tip of the spear. In Florida, it’s EVERY. SINGLE. HOMEOWNER.
