@Verizon last Wednesday my iPhone 16 Pro Max screen went out. I called customer service at Verizon. They sent me a new phone the next day under warranty not through assuring. I received the phone the next day and could not activate it. I spent four hours on the phone with Verizon level two technical support. They sent me out another phone on Thursday of last week which I have yet to receive tomorrow will be seven days. I’ve been without a phone basically. The level of service with Verizon has been horrible. I’ve got six lines of service with Verizon and pay for the monthly support for each device. This has been the most disappointing experience spending $500 a month with a company, including for Support and I can’t get a replacement phone delivered. Totally ridiculous. They were supposed to be another phone delivered. Yesterday has not shown up yet. Most Customer Service people have Verizon especially supervisors are liars. They never call you back when they say and they never follow up. Verizon has to be the worst company in the world to do business with.
