What would I do w/ it, I can't go anywhere?

If you can't imagine how you would spend time off, even at home, then you NEED to take time off. The reset will open creative thinking.

I truly don't understand the "is remote work killing company culture" articles. Culture doesn't exist within walls, it exists in interactions.

Company culture has become MORE pronounced during remote work. During times of stress, we become more of who we are, not less.
