I truly don't understand the "is remote work killing company culture" articles. Culture doesn't exist within walls, it exists in interactions.
Company culture has become MORE pronounced during remote work. During times of stress, we become more of who we are, not less.
MARCH: Teachers are going above and beyond.
APRIL: Teachers are heroes and deserve our support.
MAY: Teachers should be millionaires.
JUNE: We need to cut school budgets.
JULY: Teachers need to go back to school.
AUGUST: Teachers are selfish and don’t care.
Helping people feel seen is some of the strongest recognition, & it doesn't cost anything.
