We’ve just open sourced the BCB100 on GitHub 🔥

The Braiins Control Board is now officially the Bitcoin Control Board.

Everything you need to build is now available:
— OpenWrt-based firmware with full config
— Hardware design files: BOM, schematics, Gerbers, CAD
— Nix environment for reproducible builds
— Mining binaries (bosminer, boser), same as in official Braiins OS releases

Ich freue mich, dass die @fdpbt erkannt hat, dass an Bitcoin kein Weg mehr vorbei führt und jetzt eine eigene Bitcoin Veranstaltung im Bundestag durchführt.

Das Mining soll mit dem Strom aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen betrieben werden, der aufgrund mangelnder Einlieferungsmöglichkeiten in die Energienetze und/oder fehlender Speichermöglichkeiten ungenutzt bleiben würde. Das Pilotprojekt soll valide Felddaten und Erkenntnisse liefern, um Folgeprojekte zu planen.

Wir freuen uns, mit dem @BankhausMetzler zusammenzuarbeiten und damit den ersten Schritt in Richtung nachhaltiges Bitcoin-Mining zu gehen.
