@vrbo we were scammed by a host. Why are you refusing to help us get our money back? I’ll be tweeting the name and location of the property so no other people will be scammed and lose their money.

So we were scammed by a host on @vrbo and VRBO refuses to help. The owner of the property purposely misleads you and then keeps your money when you cancel. VRBO won’t help. They apparently still get their money.
